Family Weekend Schedule

We are so proud that your student has chosen to make Indiana State their home! Come see it for yourself and experience an Indiana State tradition on September 27-29, 2024 by taking part in Family Weekend! This special event will give you the opportunity to reconnect with your student, meet their friends, interact with staff and faculty, and show your Indiana State pride.

We're hosting family-friendly activities such as Trivia Night, Pumpkin Painting, Sycamore Bingo, college open houses and have the chance to purchase discounted Indiana State football tickets and Indiana State family swag! You'll also get the opportunity to meet our new president, Dr. Mike Godard, during Movie Night with the President!

Please note the following:

• Parking will be free of charge/no permit needed throughout the weekend in regular student/staff lots after 5:00pm on Friday, September 27th,. Parking is also available in the parking garage at 8th Street and Cherry Street, as well as the West Visitor’s Pay lot at Chestnut Street and 5th Street.
• Be sure to check-in Saturday morning beginning at 9am at the Fountain! We’ll have discounted football tickets ($5 each/2 years and under free – CASH ONLY!), as well as Sycamore Family swag available for purchase (CASH ONLY - while supplies last!). These will be available for purchase on Saturday morning ONLY.
